this is the final version of my phillip glass illustration for my elective class
its also what I am sending in for the Society of Illustrators student competition. I'm not really expecting anything but it's only a five dollar entry so I figured I'd go for it anyway.






I also made my own font this weekend, I carved it into linoleum stamps so I could use it over and over, we are going to incorporate it into an assignment soon which sounds fun.

I am applying for a summer Internship at the Anderson Ranch Arts Center for either the Childrens Program or Painting/Printmaking

It's located in Colorado and is awesome and always has great artists in residency.

after much anticipation school is back!
after one day of studio here is a sketch of a mock editorial illustration about a musician of our choosing.
